$25 isn't a terrible price...but would rather pay less then $20...

Wondering if BB, CC or Frys will run some $20 deals. Also might be a good time to get a new movie poster or two. Some of those Ledger posters are just awesome!

well, looks like FYE is getting 3 different BLU-RAY steelbooks!

That's the rumor so far. Theres not alot of people that can confirm yet, but hopefully its true.

This should have been what they went with. Especially since the back of the slipcover is "defaced" by the Joker in the one they went with.

if the dark knight gets a blu-ray steelbook, i'm all over it.

This might be the one title that I might pull a "xage" and get more than one copy of it. I would be all over a steelbook version and the LE with batpod as well.

I sure hope these steelbooks get released in Canada ... I'm all for the Joker version ...

We always get steelbooks, don't we? I've never heard of a U.S. only steelbook of a movie when Future Shop here carries them.

Its been posted around that FYE was offering 3 designs - Batman, Joker, Harvey Dent. These were supposed to be available for both DVD and Blu-ray.

I just called FYE and I was told - NO steelbooks for Blu-ray, and only one design for DVD.

Is Amazon not going to sell the Limited Edition Batpod version on Blu-Ray? Just seems odd that they don't have it up for pre-order yet. Does anyone?

I came on here to ask the exact same question. The site I do all of my shopping from (cduniverse.com) had it up for pre-order initially, but now it is gone. Not only that, but I failed to find a listing on Amazon or DVDempire.

Oh WB is going to milk Dark Knight like nobody's business. I wouldn't doubt another "special edition" Blu-ray for TDK to come around this time next year.

I'm still waiting for the Harry Potter films with audio commentaries, which at one point Warner's mentioned they'd release - I'm sure the uber-box set with everything (and the kitchen sink) will come out when the last film is released onto home video.
