To me her tone and the choice made to go with that particular narrator brings down what the significance of the show is to many viewers. She rambles on for a few minutes basically making what has happened in the first three seasons sound rather mundane and unimportant.

She's not really a narrator, but someone who works at the productions offices. She did a temp track for the video (which was really meant to be viewed online) and they decided to keep her instead of hire a narrator.

Just wanted to report that mine did not come with an Oceanic pamphlet with the episode list, so I just contacted Buena Vista with the email address in this thread and they had it to me in under a week. Excellent service!
