I reckon I should report this as it's a pretty momentous occasion. On Saturday I went to Hastings and traded in some old DVDs in exchange for a previously viewed copy of "Across the Universe" on Blu-ray. Yes, ladies and gentlemen -- this was my first Blu-ray purchase. Still gonna be a little while before I pick up a machine, but I'm on my way.

Picked up The Matador and Into the Wild on HD DVD over the weekend.
