Complete Matrix Trilogy does not contain download code?
Has anyone else had this issue? I bought it assuming the download code would be inside, but it is not in there. Also, there are still adds in it promoting Bladerunner in October, so I am assuming it is not a new pressing without one or something like that.
Warner Bros. customer service won't help me get one either. I don't want to return it to amazon just for the code.
Has anyone else had this issue? Could anyone send me in the right direction towards getting the code?

Yes, I looked through all of the cases, and even behind the thing that is glue dotted to the outer case. The only inserts are the Bladerunner promotional thing and the notice about firmware.

Is there an expiration date on the slip? Do you think it was just an error? I don't think amazon will want to exchange it for something like a missed download code.
