Jeez. There are some ridiculous price drops there. I may have to get a few titles. That Spiderman box set looks awfully tempting.

Just keep in mind that only the (crappy) third movie gets the deluxe 2 disc treatment. The other two are single disc only, with not great reviews on the video of disc 1 iirc.

I'm sure the first two will get better releases.

I'm totally waiting for the double-dip of Spider-Man 1 and 2 from Sony.

Just sent an e-mail for my $30.99 credit from Amazon for my A3 ! Holding onto this turns into a better deal each and every day.

Let's hope that they don't sell out and that the price sticks until I go to Fort Worth or Denver, so I can order one (no Canadian shipping on electronics )

The A30 is down to 172.97.... Damn, I wish they were still doing the 10 free movie offer. I almost bought one in December when they had Batman Begins and Bourne Identity in the 3 you could select for free.

I wonder how low they'll go?

I just did the same. But, I think I was just 3 days outside the 30 days after they shipped me. I hope I get it, but I wouldn't complain if I didn't, since they gave me money back on BOGO BluRays I didn't pay for.

Just as an aside.

I went to BB and requested a price match. The frys.com site was sold out and the nearest Fry's didn't have the BD30k in stock. Called another one on the otherside of town and they had 5 in stock. Got the CSR to call, and they gave me the difference. Ended up being $360 for the machine, and after all my giftcards I ended up only forking over $110 after gift cards. I was stoked. Especially since they didn't seem to care about the 5 in-store movie promo I bought it with. So, I go the movies and that lower price.

$32.65 credit placed back in my account. Time to order Pan's Labyrinth and The Pianist for only $7.76 more out of pocket. I love Amazon .

I was able to pick up Heroes Season 1 for $8.13 not counting shipping cost from Warehousedeals yesterday.

Amazon lowered the price of the A3 AGAIN to $139.98. I sent them another e-mail and will end up with $40 even in credit so far for the player. Amazing. Now I can pick up Pan's and The Pianist for 41 cents out of pocket . Also, the A30 is now down to $179.98, which is the same price I paid for my A3 a few weeks ago.

Jesus. I'm going to go for a 4th price adjustment on it. That will be ridiculous if I get it.

Nice Quake. Now aren't you glad you didn't return it?

As for you, how much more luck can you get until it runs out?

I have no idea, but I've decided outside of some ridiculous deal at a B&M store (TRU BOGO) I'm only buying from them now on. Their customer service is impeccable. Even if I don't get the extra $10 on this price adjustment, my expectations have been far exceeded.

Totally agree. No way any of us should have to spend more than $15 per disc or less. Might need to wait a couple weeks but no big deal. I purchase from the Marketplace a lot and have gotten very good deals there when the price beats the regular Amazon price.

How soon after the purchase do you have to request a price adjustment from amazon? The reason I ask is because I am about to buy a Blu-ray player and I know they often have better deals on them that what is being advertised there at the moment (could have sworn I saw a Sony player on there for $288 last weekend and this weekend, the same player is $331)...

Site says 30 days but many people have had luck much longer than that.

You have 30 days from when it ships to request a new price if it drops. Of course, you have to keep an eye on it and request the adjustment from CSR.

They took the new $134.98 price into account and have now credited me $45.00 since I bought the player . This rules.
