Is there a Blu-ray player with a/v sync built in?

I'm looking to get into the Blu-ray game, but I have a lower end receiver. It does not have its own a/v sync/delay options, but my current Sony upconversion DVD player has those options within. On most of my DVDs, it seems an audio delay of 3 is the best choice, so I am worried about getting an HD player and having my sound all out of sync. I'm not in a position to get a new receiver right now, so can anyone let me know if any of the current Blu-ray players on the market have this option as well? That's a make it or break it option for me. Thanks!
