It's 345am EST, and this STILL isn't showing up online. The 'text offer' is there listed under the HD-DVDs, but it doesn't friggin work on the checkout yet...this sucks. I want to order my shit and go to bed.

It's just past 4am and I ordered my b3g2 offer on the site.
Ordered Mission Impossible I, II, and III, plus Terminator 3 and Mummy Returns. Total was $79.97 plus $4 tax = $83.97

Yup, does look like it works with all titles online and with free shipping, but their prices still make it tough. Best I could get was buying $24.95 titles with a total of about $81.00 after tax.....or a little over $16.00 each. Amazon easily beats that, but the question is if they will ever have such a nice selection.

I originally added 10 items to my cart to see if the math would work but it didn't. I ordered two batches of five, and only paid for 3 in each one! It works - you'll see the items zero out when you have five of them in your cart.

I'm saving my money for another day.

I got a $75 GC for Christmas so went ahead and used that. Since my store didn't have 3 of the titles I was interested (only was getting $24.99 titles), I ordered online with free shipping.

Dammit! I wanted to pick up Led Zeppelin - The Song Remains the Same HD, and it appears that it's the only HD-DVD that isn't part of the sale...I'd still order it, do in-store pick up and argue, but it appears to be online only. Rotten Bastards...

Did the sale online since 3 of the selections I wanted weren't available anywhere locally:
Blade Runner 5 Disc
Batman Begins
Casablanca
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Tim Burton's Corpse Bride
Was debating that last pick between CB, V For Vendetta and Big Lebowski.

I found myself trying to find 3 titles to go with two I wanted, and the I realized with Best Buy's crappy prices, I was about to spend $80 after tax for 5 catalog titles, or about $16 a disc. These are all discs I can get $18 each shipped from Amazon (until Tuesday), so instead of spending $80 I just spent $36 at Amazon on the two I did want.

Picked up 5 titles today at BB
The Shining
Omega Man
Anchorman
Old School
Meet the Parents
May go back for another round.
Was going to grab 3 Blu-ray movies with that $20 coupon, but they didn't have Rataoulie, and I didnt want to spend $35 for a barebones Castaway.
I did, however, notice they had 60+ BDP-300s for $299.99. Ive never seen so many stacked up at once.

Amazon did not seem to think that neither the BD nor HD-DVD version would even be released. And the SD-DVD version will be available 2/6/2008. So I'm not sure if there isn't some issue beyond WB's recent production and/or distribution problems (that have tended to muck up one format over the other.)
Maybe there was a significant demand over the holiday season, encouraged by the reunion show. But it seems like there might be some sort of issue with the content.
All the music performance type HD-DVDs seem to be excluded from this sale, btw.

Wished I had thought about doing in-store pick up on the items mine had (they had 2 out of the 5) and then had BB.com ship the other 3. Oh well.

Picked up in store:
The Thing
Meet The Parents
Having shipped to me:
House Of Wax
Bruce Almighty
Million Dollar Baby
I was happy to see that some titles at bb.com (like Bruce Almighty) that they do not carry in-store (or at least do not allow for in-store pickup) were included in this sale, as they were NOT part of last weeks B2G1....
