Some decent HD Titles from Poland

Just doing some checking around and saw some pretty decent HD titles from Poland. Thought some might be interested.

Apocalypto

Curse Of The Golden Flower

Taxi 4

Mr. And Mrs. Smith

The downside is they run between $38.00 and $48.00 before shipping. I do know Xploited has Mr. and Mrs. Smith, but that is it.

Should be one exquisite looking film if the mastering is done properly.

Of course, it would need to have English subtitles... the major problem with the French issue.

Speaking of which, I'd love to see Hero on HD. I read there was a release of it somewhere but there weren't any english subs.

Hmmm, why is it "Mela Gibsona" but not "Brada Pitta"?

Yes, it is released in Germany on HD-DVD. Join the queue as regards the complaints about the lack of English subtitles. Those English subtitles would have had me forking out whatever was necessary to get the disc. Hopefully the Poles are a little more forward thinking in this regard .

The sub issue really kills me.

My German HD-DVD of Miami Vice has quite a few 13 subtitle tracks and yet some of these studios can't see to manage Eng Subs.
