I've been waiting for Fox BDs to go on sale for a while. Fox just won't put out as easy as Sony or Disney!

Awesome, though for me the $$ in gas it takes to drive there (not to mention the time), I might as well buy online.

Do tell of your results.

Although, I don't think there's a single disc on there I'm interested in.

Once again I feel like a moran for getting some of these on release day.

AVP for me; maybe Mr. Brooks.

What is there to re-release? Its AVC encoded at high bitrate, has 2 cuts of the movie via Seemless branching, Lossless audio included for both cuts and a host of extras. I'd like to see how they could possibly double dip AvP lol.

Are there any deals/coupons for first-time customers of Frys.com? Especially when it comes to shipping costs? There aren't any stores near me.

I've actually had it sitting at home from Netflix for 2 weeks - haven't had time. Figure I'll just blind buy it at that price and watch it over the holiday weekend.

If anyone wants to pick up an additional Mr. Brooks, I have lots of HDs and BDs I would be willing to trade for it.

A "host of extras"? Are you kidding me? It has 2 commentary tracks, a useless pop-up trivia track and that's it. They didn't carry over a single video-based extra from the SD versions, which had a ton of them.

how about all the extras from the 2-disc dvd set and a lower list price? They could fit all of that on a 50gb disc, right?

Or an actual "director's cut". Or they could add some cheesy promo piece for AVP-R. Or they could put it in some extra special new case.

It's Fox -- I'm sure they'll come up with something. Lower list price, though??

The pop up track is useless but I can't complain about a AVC encoded lossless audio movie on a 50GB BD disc.

I wonder if this just started today. I was in Fry's yesterday and did not notice any signage. I thought they usually run the same deals on Wednesday and Thursday.

What if it was "Manos: The Hands of Fate"?
