I honestly don't understand how a major studio could set a release date for a popular title and not have the stock or ability to distribute it. Especially considering the Ocean's Trilogy is the only way to get Ocean's 11 and 12 in HD. And it's the holiday season. Instead of building demand, it loses momentum.

So has anyone seen the Oceans trilogy HD set anywhere?

The manager at Fry's told me that there was some snafu with the publishers with the HD set - they had the BluRay, but no HD yet.

My local Best Buy showed that it was in stock when I checked online, but of course they couldn't find it when I got there. (They had Bluray on the shelf.) If and when I do spot a copy of the HD DVD set, I plan on buying it. If Deep Discount ever gets one in stock and ships it to me, I'll take that copy back to the store because DD is much cheaper.

My local Walmart had plenty of both BluRay and HD sets for the Ocean's Trilogy.

I picked up the Oceans HD set yesterday at Best Buy. I was debating between HD or BD, and as they were sold out of BD, it made my decision for me.
