Ok, pick me an HD-DVD player

Sure, I could have checked online reviews or read A LOT of posts on here, but I'm lazy (see my username). I'm ready to jump on the HD bandwagon but I don't know what player to get. I'd like one of the most recent available so I don't have to deal with firmware upgrade issues and such. It can either be a player available now or one that is coming out people know will be good, like a newer model of a trusted player. And a bonus would be where to get it so I can get 5 free HD-DVDs. I'm hoping I get a general consensus answer for one specific player, so I don't want to get too many names tossed out.

As always, all help is greatly appreciated.

I bought the HD-A30 model at Best Buy. It came with 300 and The Bourne Identity. And you are also eligible to send off for the new 5 free HD-DVDs.

Well, they are all made by the same company. (except for the Xbox thingy) And each level in the product line adds about 1 feature. So match them up to your TV and audio system and buy the cheapest one that offers all the features you need.
