The Shining and Clockwork Orange on Blu-ray since those are my favorites.

All five on Blu-ray...

Since I use my Blu-ray player more than my HD DVD player.

I'll probably go with the Blu-ray versions of all of the movies. I thought there was a set coming out, but I guess not. I may buy them all on the 23rd, or wait until Christmas to get them from the rents.

I don't see them listed on Amazon.ca, Futureshop.ca, or BestBuy.ca (well, apart from Full Metal Jacket on BD.) I sincerely hope that they're all not going to be $25.99 - that's a lot of money. Based on that price for five movies, I'm kinda considering just getting the DVD set.

Just order them from Amazon.com for $19.95 each. The canadain dollar is on par with the u.s dollar right now. Even with shipping it will come out cheaper then buying from any canadian retailer.

I've ordered all my movies from them recently and the delivery time is very quick 7 business days max

Just a head up... According to the packaging on DVD Empire all of the Blu-Ray discs are PCM/DD, The HD DVD discs are Dolby TrueHD/DD+.

If that is true, format neutral owners should lean to picking up the Blu-rays over the HD DVDs. Warner uses dialog normalization on its Dolby TrueHD tracks, making them slightly inferior to the original PCM tracks. This is not a fault of Dolby TrueHD but of how Warner encodes the tracks. Sony's Dolby TrueHD tracks for instance don't use dialog normalization and are thus bit for bit identical to the original PCM encode.
