The concern I have is the 5 free HD-DVDs offer. Since the current offer is on the HD-A2 and must be purchased by 9/30/07, I think most of us are assuming that the new offer for the HD-A3 will begin 10/1, and have a purchase window of 10/1/07 - xx/xx/08.
I believe that everytime they have extended the rebate in the past, the original purchase date has stayed the same (03/07). When the rebate was originally offered, it only went though ... July? ... and then was extended through September using the same terms.
Even with a new rebate form (and a different set of DVDs), I will be a little surprised if there is not some overlap in the purchase-time windows.
