Night at the Museum Blu-ray
Hi folks.
I just recently received the NatM Blu-ray and popped it in.
Much to my dismay, this sucker only has DTS!! My receiver only has DD. Every DVD I have and every other Blu-ray has a DD (english) track. What was Fox thinking!!?? Why didn't they include an English DD5.1??
I"m kinda ticked...

DVDs are required to have some kind of DD track (even if just 2.0), it is in the specs. Blu-ray discs don't have that restriction, so it depends on the studio or release. Fox for some reason has decided to go with only DTS HD Master Audio for the English tracks on many (most?) of their releases (with DD for alternate language tracks on some discs). Of course, the wacky thing is that no receiver or player can currently decode that lossless track, but only extract the regular DTS core.

That totally sucks. I'm stuck with DD2.0 or French or Spanish, until I buy a new receiver (not for quite some time!).
This, on top of not including the same content as the two disc DVD set really makes this thing stink. Who's the genius at Fox?
