Does anyone know if there is a review site which compares Blu-ray titles with their DVD counterparts. I am interested in knowing if there are any blu-ray title which are not as good as the regular DVD release.

DVDTalk.com, aka this site, usually does something like that. On the whole, a Blu-ray title is almost always going to be better than its SD DVD counterpart; however, the difference in quality is not always that great, either. Christmas Vacation and Saw are perfect examples, as is The Fifth Element, which a lot of people feel is actually worse than the SD DVD.

...and there may be a difference in extras as well, and most review sites will usually point that out.
