Life of Brian!!!!! Wow. Hope it's a full blown restoration since the Criterion isn't looking too hot these days.
If Sony puts out Holy Grail I may mess my pants. :D |

DVDEmpire just added some more Fox Blu-Ray titles that weren't on that press release including 28 DAYS later as well as 28 Weeks Later, so the press release was correct.
New: 28 Weeks Later (10/9) The Hills Have Eyes 2 (unrated) (10/23) Home of The Brave (10/23) Mr. Brooks (10/23) From the press release: Master & Commander (10/2) The Day After Tomorrow (10/2) Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer (10/2) From Hell (10/2) 28 Days Later (10/9) 28 Weeks Later (10/9) Edward Scissorhands (10/9) The Fly (1986) (10/9) Robocop (10/9) The Amityville Horror (1979) (10/9) The Battle of Britain (11/6) A Bridge Too Far (11/6) I, Robot (11/13) Die Hard (Nov.) Die Hard 2 (Nov.) Die Hard 3 (Nov.) Live Free or Die Hard (Nov.) Red Dawn (Nov.) Mr. & Mrs. Smith (12/4) Independence Day (12/4) Cast Away (12/4) Ronin (12/4) Prison Break (TV) |
Should be interesting to see if Anchorman contains the Wake Up Ron Burgandy extra feature.
Life of Brian is a nice surprise. I'll hang onto the Criterion DVD for the extras, but I hope Anchor Bay(aka Starz) does a good job on the transfer. |

With the combined runtime of the two movies clocking in at about 3hrs and 15 min., I don't see why not one disc. After all, a single 30GB HD DVD is good for about 4 hours of HD video. |

Two discs are fine with me though. |
