I thought it was ok...boring at times, great at times...I think it will be better suited for home viewing on a nice system. Im buying it for the pure movie-porn aspect. It will be great to show off.

Some of the discs for next week (june 5th) show different release dates on amazon, or aren't even there at all, have they changed?

Yeah, it's kind of annoying. I think I read that the studios believe they have better chance of selling the new sets then taking a chance with people willing to double dip on TV shows. At least Lion's Gate has started with S1 for Weeds, though it's relatively inexpensive.

Awesome...Ill be snagging Dawn 04 and Notting Hill (I actually like it 
).
Still on the fence with Heroes....I watched the whole first season and just dont know if I would watch it again. Same thing with Lost.
I think the only tv series that Im going to purchase in high def is the Sopranos sets (already have s6p1).
I just dont seem myself watching other sets again and they have high pricetags for just sitting on the shelf. Plus, I always feel obligated to get every season!

I can't blame them for starting with the most recent season, because there's never a better time to release something than when it's new. There are also people who will just buy new seasons in HD and keep their DVDs of previous seasons.

^ Exactly, had I not watched Heroes S1 or Lost S3, it would be a huge draw for me to purchase/watch them in an HD format to catch up before next season.
That said, I bet you will see alot of these used on ebay after people watch them and get caught up. Might be a good way to get them cheap.

I will definitely buy Lost. I already have seasons 1 & 2 on DVD and the show is very addicting. I watched most of season 3 on cable, but I'll definitely need to re-watch it before season 4 starts in Jan.

This might sound dumb, but I don't like the idea of having a series in partial-SD, partial HD. This is why I didn't buy the Sopranos set for 6.1.
Now for Heroes, I'll take a shot since they're not combos, and with BSG starting with season 1 (reportedly), the hope is there that all seasons will be released.
But with stuff like Lost, Rescue Me, Nip/Tuck, etc., since they are all starting with later seasons, my fear is they'll never go back and do the previous seasons.
