What are some of you using for wireless ethernet adapters for your Toshiba HD-A1?

I'm using my wifi adaptor for my original Xbox. Works like a charm.

Can you give a link to places to buy such an item (for those of us who don't have an X-box)?

http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-R86-...&s=electronics

I got mine far cheaper because I bought it used from work (mucho discounts). There are other adaptors/bridges out there that will work just as well for a lower price, so if you don't already own this adaptor, I wouldn't suggest buying it. If you go to AVS there are a few threads in the HD DVD Hardware section that list specific units.

Firmware updates and in the future, certain discs may support downloadable features.

Thanks for the info.

Just ordered a Linksys WGA11B from amazon for $20. Not too bad!

I have a question.

What will it download to? Is there a hard drive in there? Or memory?

If you're connected through ethernet are the firmware updates automatic or do you choose to update it?

The latter. It's done through the 'Setup' menu.

It's probably just some miniscule amount of flash memory built in for it.

I've been trying to update to 2.0 for the past two days and I can't get it past 40%. Anyone else having a problem updating via ethernet? I didn't have any problems going from 1.0 to 1.2 then 1.4.
