What will 4:3 movies look like on HD-DVD
Kind of a simple question really.
When a 4:3 movie finally hits HD-DVD what will it look like? The reason I ask is because my PJ is 4:3 with a 16:9 mode.
If I set the Toshiba HD-A1 to "widescreen" and the PJ to "widescreen", I'll get pillarboxed, right?
But, if I set the Toshiba HD-A1 to "fullscreen" and the PJ to "fullscreen", I should get the whole screen filled, correct?
Oh, and this is not a "how do I get rid of the black bars" question...

HD is natively 16:9 in shape. A 4:3 movie will be pillarboxed into the center of the 16:9 frame. So if you try to watch this on a 4:3 projector, it will have bars on all 4 sides.

Yes, they should be pillarboxed, but I wouldn't be shocked if some titles get released as "fullscreen" (for 16x9) to appease people who want their sets filled (like Knight Rider on HDTV).
