Ok, that is not possible. The DTS is encoded at whatever rate it is. A player cannot increase it. Welcome to a better DAC, or possibly just a different output level. Unless you have calibrated your sound with an SPL meter and compared, you won't really know what the source of the change is.


I think mostly you guys should realize that this is showing you a comparison of your receiver to a different DAC, for the DVDs. The A1 is clearly better at decoding the audio, from your reports.
