A hat, a dead alien, a hollow finger that can used by magicians to conceal things, and a codpiece with outline of a modest-sized penis on it that you can stick inside your Speedo so people can't tell you have a button penis?

If you bought a sex doll from Temu what are the chances it would leave some kind of rash on your penis?

Re: The ads seem odd and inappropriate
I have looked on Etsy before bur not for anything like the below ad. Yet it comes up with almost every page I look at on here now. I have "reported" it for various reasons a hundred times and the fucker will not go away. My wife walks in, sees this and wonders what the fuck am I looking at all day long.
How can this be fixed? I used to use an ad blocker, but I wanted DVDTalk to at least get some ad revenue, so I turned it off. But I am going to have to go back to it if this continues. This is the only site I visit where I have this ad constantly.

Im seeing a lot of these ads that seem inappropriate as well. My ad blocker is not killing them and it may mean I visit here a lot less.

You should be able to block this ad specifically. I've never used this feature myself, but have you tried this and it's not doing the trick?

(The second and third screenshots are from a completely different ad unit, but that should be the general idea.)

Not sure about these current ads, but that didn't work some months back. I don't recall what the ads (political leaning) were but clicked on 'stop seeing' multiple times to no effect.

That's the stuff I am seeing too and I am not looking at any woman's clothing online LOL. I would hate for my home screen to be open to DVDtalk and for my wife to see shit like this and think that's what I am doing online. I use incognito for that and only for specific sites.

That is what I meant in my original post by "reporting it a hundred times" and it not doing any good.

I don't think you can block specific Google ads from showing up. That button just updates "suggestions". I have the same issue with Temu ads on YT.

I don't mean to crap on DVD Talk's business model, but programmatic advertising is a disastrous, dystopian cancer. Food for thought:

I really wish we had the option of an ad-free subscription for a small fee.

So the same ad still hasn't gone away after reporting it dozens upon dozens of times. It actually seems to have come back with a vengeance and is now basically on DVDtalk on every click I make.
Seriously, is there nothing that can be done on my side or DVDTalk's side?
It is just fucking annoying now and I basically have to close the DVDTalk window any time she walks in the room which is beyond ridiculous. I guess I could get a new wife, but she is my second one and I don't really want a third.

I can’t speak to what could be done on DVD Talk’s side, but one maybe dumb idea:
The next time you get that ad, could you copy/paste the image URL here? Depending on where the image is hosted, maybe you could add cdn.etsyads.com (or whatever) to your HOSTS file in Windows and never see any content from that hostname ever again.
