Re: Fix Twitter embedding

Let me see if we can just force the system to also accept "x.com". Might just require an API update

Not to dissuade your efforts, but this problem started long before the "X" cutover - as mentioned above.

I don't, and when I saw your earlier comment about it I tried to think if I had something in the background that might cause it. But since it worked on Firefox until recently - and I haven't changed anything - I don't think it's my system. Good tip though!

Some of the stuff is just cookies-related. We always recommend people accept all cookies. I knew people don't like that and everyone has their right to privacy, but that's the solution most of the time for this specific issue.

Re: Fix Twitter embedding

An update: updated Twitter's API is a company-wide ongoing project so this will take some time

Re: Fix Twitter embedding

I see it on Firefox, but not on Vivaldi. But I'll take this as a win! Thank you

Re: Fix Twitter embedding

Sorry to be that guy but we’re all probably better off not seeing tweets or Xs or whatever they’re supposed to be called now. I’d prefer the forum just end support for embedding them.
