OK, hopefully it's a lot less than we had. But when you DO get redirects, nothing gets done without screenshots. I know it feels like nothing gets done WITH screenshots, but I can't force tech or ad ops to do anything. I know they do check out the problems, though.

I have 1 of the screenshots as it wasn't vibrating the daylights out of me. The other one I had to stop the maddness. I will have to look into an image posting site to host the pic and then link to here (I used to use Photobucket which now is way more restrictive).

imgur.com lets you easily post pictures, including third-party embedding, without creating an account.

Tried to browse to the website version using Google Chrome on my phone and it literally won't allow me to do anything but redirect to Google Play to download the app. The app requires many permissions that I didn't want to do. I will investigate transferring my pics to PC and see if Imgur is more agreeable there.

btw just got hit again. Took pic. Stay tuned.

Thanks Trevor for the post images suggestion. Easy to setup an account and get to uploading (much better than what Photobucket has become).


Here's the latest 4 that I could grab. The others I couldn't grab as they either vibrated my hand off or were counting down to acceptance and I closed before timing agreed to something I didn't agree.

Some of them I can back out and get back to forum without having to kill browser. The latest I saw was from click tracking dot com before the redirect which I couldn't back up any further than click tracking before shoved back into takeover ad.

Got hit again yesterday but was unable to get screenshot. It seems to be happening either every day or every other day now. So frustrating.

Thanks again! Also, I did a little independent research and found a mobile browser that can be downloaded, called Trend Micro. It's for Android and iOS and allows you to block websites you don't want to go to (such as CloudFront.Net, which has popped up a few times).

I know that you guys probably don't want to download an app for something like this, but as we continue to work on these ads, it's an option if you would like to explore it (and could be useful for other sites, as well).

I keep getting this pop up claiming that my iPhone is infected and I’m supposed to click a link to fix it. It only happens here so I’m guessing more issues. Seems like things pop up pretty often around here.

Almoat exact thing happened to me just as I was reading this post. Only difference was it was Android and my Motorola phone.
