I assume the Lumia Denim update includes the fix (so to speak)? No love for the 820 yet. :(

Got a WP8 update yesterday. The 'view full site" button works now! Yea back to browsing normally.

Not working for the Lumia 1520 - site loads as full but the fourm section is still the same (even after hitting the view full site button) my phone is updated as well.

EDIT: Wait, did another cache cleanse and the desktop version for the forum section is now displaying properly, slower than dog s*** though.

I'm using the mobile site now with android 5.1 with chrome and one annoying issue is that I have to log in quite often. I'll often go to post, get the login prompt, then get it again when I go to submit the post several minutes letter (because typing on mobile takes forever). And when I login the second time my post doesn't post. If I'm lucky I remember to back up and copy paste it into a new post.

Click "remember me" when you sign in.

Re: Mobile version

There is no remember me on the mobile login page. I'll try logging in to the full site and seeing if that works. Also, like I said, this is happening between the time it takes to start a post and submit it within the same browser session, so the login cookie should not expire that quickly.

I see your point, but that does depend on how long it takes you to write a post

Re: Mobile version

Logging in through the full site with remember me checked seems to have done the trick.

Does anyone have auto playing ads redirecting you off the site? I had it happen to me on my Android and an iOS device as well. The Android redirect was a little worrisome because it sent me to scareware sites ("Your device has been compromised by a virus, download this to fix" type sites).

I thought it was some other issue... But I've had the scareware issue...

If possible can you screen cap it before you get redirected? We need to see the ads on the page in order to tell what's causing it.

This is what I get on my LG G2. Spoilerized for size:

No other websites that I visit on my phone cause these messages. I don't think my phone has a virus on it. This is scareware in my opinion.

Is anyone besides me having issues with the mobile site? I'm using Safari for iPhone and recently when I come to the website I repeatedly get a message saying "an error has caused this page to reload" and can't get to anything.

Try clearing your Safari cache, if you haven't already. This might mean you have to re-enter your password and such...

Not able to do that today when my phone went ape crazy. I had to shut it down to get the scare bait to stop. It happens so fast there is no way to tell and so many new browser windows come up along with popups to purchase "protection"... Ugh

I will try again next time this happens...

I posted the pictures I get. At this point I am no longer using the mobile version on my phone, for safety concerns. I don't want to get a virus from this place.

Can you guys please post a screen shot of the ads you are describing? I have never seen them and I use my iphone on DVDtalk all the time.

Thanks. That helped somewhat but it still happens on occasion. This is the only site I have an issue with on my phone so I wasn't sure if it was something specifically related to the mobile site.

I haven't gotten the ads some are talking about but I have noticed that if I'm not logged in on the regular site certain things are hyperlinked until I log in and are always present on the mobile site. Not a huge deal but sort of annoying.

Oh, shit. I got the ads too. Finally adblocker got that shit away from my Note 4's chrome w/ this site.

Re: Mobile version

I would love a bit of space between the message box and the submit button on the page to your on a post. Right now the button is very close to the bottom of the box and it is too easy to accidentally click when trying to edit the bottom line in the message box.

Re: Mobile version

Is there a way to add a remember me button to the log in on the mobile site? I always have to log in to post unless I switch to the desktop site and hit remember me and then switch back to the mobile site. Also the ads and hyperlinks are getting kind of irritating.

Hey Mike, what device are you using? I tried this on Android, but was unable to replicate it, not to say it doesn't occur on iOS or another Android version. I've consulted with tech and they said that the mobile site login remembrance is based on cookies, thus not requiring the use of a button or check box.

The solution they offered was to click on "Full Site" at the bottom, log in with "Remember Me," and then select the mobile site again. Hope that helps!

Re: Mobile version

It might just be my iPhone settings for Safari. It seems to have started with the latest iOS update. The option to log in to the desktop site and hit remember me has worked though (until I clear my history and stuff).

Re: Mobile version

I've gone back to using the full site on my phone. The microscopic text is less annoying than the too-easy-to-click-on ads.
