Search feature request

Could the 'search this forum only' check box be added to the drop down search link?

If you hit advanced search, you can then search inside a specific forum.

I realise that. It would be far easier and more efficient to simply check the box in the drop down, as opposed to going to the advanced screen. Just thought I would ask.

The only place that would really apply is if you're in the middle of reading a thread, though. If you're browsing a forum, you could just use the "Search this forum" link.

Hey, there's no harm in asking.... unless she's a cop.

The only problem is that this would involve more development time than I think it's worth.

do we have an ETA on when search function will be fixed? i can't find simple stuff that should have only been weeks old, like the Wall-E Reviews thread.. thanks.

speaking of the search feature
when i start a new search, it take awhile to load
can you make a banana dance across the screen and it play yankee doodle dandy in the background while i wait?
