I remember this being a mainstain of the DVD Talk thread. I always looked forward to seeing it needed to be updated because it gave me an excuse to tally up everything and audit my collection.

But where has it gone? Was it too much work to be maintained? Was it too much of a "bragger's rights" type of thread?

I'm inquisitive regarding this manner and put forward this query.

Man, that was a few year ago. It was so cool when you moved up to the next level... hehe, yeah... I was such a n00b. There were people THEN with over 3,000... I wonder what their number is up to now.

I imagined it was a REAL pain to maintain. Nowadays it would be even crazier! The guy that last maintained it posted some time ago and I thanked him for all the work he put into it.

Maybe it was deleted because there was no way to verify if someone was BSing or not?

I miss it. I want to post about my 16,982 disc collection.
