New Post icon disappears

Often the new post icons (down arrow next to subject) will disappear when I'm writing a post or reading a long thread. I assume this is a cookie issue. Can anything change this?

No, it's probably a time-out issue. The forum thinks your session has expired since you've been inactive for a while, so it removes those icons. My guess, anyway.

Yeah, this is probably the problem - if you sit idle too long (reading a thread won't do it because as you click page to page, DVDTalk knows you're still here), you'll time out and DVDTalk will think you're returning again, not that you've been here the whole time.

I'm not sure what it's set it (probably 10 or 15 minutes), but I'm sure it could be changed by an admin as it is just a cookie issue.

Alright I fixed it. It was the Norton Internet Security thing. Thanks Adam.
