OK...I just received a message that says I won a Sony entertainment sys from the Wasabi columbia tristar contest. I think I entered this contest months ago from DVD talk. I was just wondering if anybody from DVD talk still remembers that contest.

They want my address and phone number so I'm a bit suspicious. Mods or anyone please help and tell me this was the contest I entered months ago.

wow congrats! The whole giveaway was handled by another company who was working for Columbia Tri Star so by all accounts If you got a winner email I'd imagine you won!

I think that means that you are supposed to send them my name, address, and phone number. I will send it to you immediately.

Congrats CP! I do remember that contest, and I remember entering it. Now, thanks to you, I can remember not winning it! Have fun with the new gear, and feel free to post what the total package included. Some of us need to drool and or feel envious.
