more prominent links in relevant forums?

more prominent links in relevant forums?
would it be possible to put more prominent links to other parts of the site at the top of relevant forums? (ie- put a link to dvdtalk reviews at the top of the reviews forum... not a sticky, but an actual link... or a link to the coupons or coming soon pages in the dvd bargains forum).
i'd guess most people spend their time at dvdtalk in the forums and even though those links at the top are ALWAYS there, i wonder how many people even notice that they exist or think to click on them.
