User name "DemocratsSuck"?

Ok, so there's a new user named "DemocratsSuck." Is this kind of thing really necessary? All it's going to do is start arguments that are off topic (witness this thread: http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...hreadid=202536 ). Does that mean I can have the name "IsraelSucks" or "ArabsSuck" or "RepublicansSuck" or whatever narrow-minded political b.s. I decide I want to spew throughout this forum? I just think it's a bad precedent no matter what this dude's political affiliation is -- even though I might agree with it I'd probably have the same objections in principle if his name was "BushSucks" My two cents anyway...

What are you talking about? "IMBanned" isn't an offensive nickname!

I'm sort of glad that they got banned. Even though I personally like the username being that I am a registered Republican, I can see how that username can take a thread WAY off course, such as the one that Sierra Disc used as an example.

That link led me to this forum. What the heck is wrong with those folks? What are they talking about? That's some really weird, nonsensical stuff over there.
