Copy your VHS to DVD
Hi, I'm a new member, been here about 3 seconds and I can tell all of you what you're doing wrong. You're not copying your VHS onto DVD. Why would you waste $19 a pop on a newly packed 16x9 anamorphic widescreen presentation with multiple soundtracks and extras when for only $25 - $30 per disc, this company that I have absolutely no affilaition with can copy your existing, worn out, P&S, VHS tape complete with video noise lines onto a DVD. You people must be nuts.

Anyone else tired of this spam in their hotmail accounts? I can't believe how many I get every week. Now they're nice enough to invade the board. We should spam them with adds for long distance or something.

Now if I could only find a company that would transfer my DVDs onto VHS, then that VHS onto Beta, that Beta onto a CD picture disc, that disc onto 4x6 photos, and those photos onto stereoptican slides for my great-great-grandfather, who doesn't believe in any of that new-fangled technology.
But I digress......

My god I thought you were serious there! Until I scrolled down and saw the phone number I thought that we were going to have to give you a Code Red (and I don't mean the drink). Are there really companies out there advertising this? I am fortunate enough to not get much spam, but even when I do, I don't read it.
<P>Actually, I do need to get my old 8 mm transferred to Laser Disc.
