A better solution to the DVD Exchange Forum?

I know a lot of forum members have been very put out by the closing of Switchouse. I've seen a number of them begin using the Exchange Forum, but we've been spoiled by the easy system at Switchouse.

I don't know who designed the Share The Love listing service that's available here, but is it possible to set up something like that for DVD trading?? It's really laborious to wade through the postings of haves/wants, even with the search engine (you never know if a hit on your title is in someone's have or want list). It seems like it'd be a fairly small step from the existing STL system to something that would let us list haves and wants and get a username/email address when we find a match.

I think it would be great to have a database that was easy to use that could link trades. Perhaps you could even set a min feedback/status rating.

I'm more than open to the idea, but we'd need help building it. Maybe there are some DVD Talkers out there who trade a lot and know how to use MySQL who would be interested in getting involved in something like this.
