I was thinking about watching Samurai 7 for this challenge but didn’t want to drag out my DVD set. Now Vudu has it in their 3 for $12.99 sale. Oh well, I’ll get it for next time.

Hopefully every one had a good challenge! Please let me know if you did the checklist this year, if the new icheckmovies lists worked or if I should try something else next year? I usually do the checklist but ran out of time this year to really watch enough to do so.

The last season of Netflix's Disenchantment popped up this weekend, not quite in time for the Challenge, but I went ahead and burned through season 5 anyway. I'll definitely miss being able to watch new episodes, but having an ending is good too and while it may have never reached the heights of it's older siblings, it never reached their nadir either. Hopefully Groening has enough clout to get a blu box set released.

Hey, just a thought, why don't we extend the Challenge through the holiday weekend, next year? Something to chew on as we circle back around.

I'm willing to give it a try. I'll make a note of it for next year and bring it up pre-challenge.
