Name of a classic movie?

A young man wears a crown and shows his friend that he has breasts and his friend laughs so he cuts off his head with a sword - This is a classic movie

So are we talking Asian, European, British, North American, South American, African, Australian...? God Told Me Too (1976) comes to mind, but I don't think that's it and The Final Programme(1973), but I think not. Besides those are cult classics at best, if that.

Thank you for your reply
Sorry, it is not God Told Me Too (1976) or The Final Programme(1973)

It is either a British or American movie
The two protagonists are friends but when the host wears a crown and discloses that he has breast his friend laughs
The guy is so angry that he chases him along a beach and then kills him with a sword.

The movie has a lot of decadence in it
There are also two women who are lesbians
The movie has a lot of decadent parties

Ah, I know this one! Beyond the Valley of the Dolls (the scene you describe is in the YouTube clip):

Definitely "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls". One of my ultimate favorite films ever.
