1. Download desired videos (try JD2, but there are other options if it doesn't work on newer vids).
2. Use ConvertXtoDVD (v.5 is my preference) to add all videos in whatever order you wish. Once it has created an IFO, you can burn it directly to DVD.

I've never had a problem downloading any Youtube videos with JDownloader 2. It's gotten anything I've ever tried to download. I used to have Firefox extensions like Video Download Helper, but Youtube keeps changing the way they operate, faster than the extensions update. JDownloader seems to update every few days, and, so far, keeping up with Youtube doesn't seem to be an issue.
Also, unless you absolutely need to burn videos to DVDs, I would suggest just putting them on a USB flash drive. These are cheap... you can easily buy 128gb for under $20. You can put the .mp4 and .mkv files on them, plug them into your tv or blu-ray player, and play them directly like that. This also has the added benefit of being able to play videos at 720p and 1080p instead of the 480p DVD maxes out at.
