Sweet find! This whole site has come a long way since I lasted checked it out. Great stuff.

I also subscribed to Exploitation.tv at least for the duration of the challenge. Looking for any similar streaming sites that would be good for B flicks. Shout TV has some stuff up also.

Really excited for this. Any word on when the list thread will be up?

Same here. Been eyeing B movies I could watch for the current challenge.

I don't have a car, so won't be seeing it, but just out of curiosity for anyone who does plan to watch it. I was listening to a movie show on the radio and heard the critics are panning Batman v Superman. Would that make it eligible if anyone sees it?

I don't think it's reached 20% or lower on Rotten Tomatoes yet so I'd say no at this point.

Batman V Superman would be kind of pushing it. Batman and Robin is eligible at 11% on RT.

Based on current reviews it seems only a matter of time... No, I've not seen it and will not until it's available for purchase but solely based on the trailers I've seen I'm with the naysayers.

I think it's too soon. Unless BM v SM is a genuine POS, like Batman and Robin or even Superman Returns, we might need to give this one time to get enough perspective on if it is truly bad bad.

Superman Returns is on HBO Go. It's eligible?

I assume the rules cover which films are eligible.

I should have looked it up before I posted that. Looking Superman Return up, it has a 76% rating on RT. I just think it's an objectively shitty movie. I should have not edited my comment. I had Eddie Murphy movie in there originally. I just thought another superhero movie made the comment balance better.

I dunno. If it drops below 20% I might not have an argument.

No worries. There is still Superman III and IV -ptth-

I saw a double feature of Batman v Superman and Deadpool at the drive-in last night (got out at 12:45). Maybe I got more out of it because I'm a comic reader, but I thought BvS was fine, maybe suffering a bit from having to do lot's of setup for what's to come. Really liked what they did with Wonder Woman. I did suffer a bit of tonal whiplash going from it to Deadpool, though.

I can't tell if people just want to crap on a new movie, or if it's really that hard to find older qualifying movies to watch.

A couple of seconds on Google gives you plenty of "Batman" and "Superman" stuff.

I don't even plan to watch bvs. I'm just going to -MAYBE- watch s3 and 4. I was merely asking a question based on reviews I heard in case ppl planned to see it.

I'm gonna watch the first two movies at the youtube links I posted. The other three I've seen before.

I can't recommend it unless you want to torture yourself but there is an eligible ripoff of Kung Fu Panda out there called Legend of Kung Fu Rabbit. Nothing shows on the tomatometer, but audience score would make it low enough I think, 14%. I watched it for last year's animation challenge and barely made it through it without ripping my eyes out.

I'm sure there's tons of crappy animation out there for anyone brave enough to try it. I usually avoid all that stuff, but Foodfight! (2012) drew me in with the movie's troubled history. I should've stayed away. It's really, really bad.

And movie serials! I have a huge backlog of those accumulated.

Those looking for Superman and Batman stuff will find 4 very good serials featuring the characters. There's also the 1951 feature film Superman and the Mole-Men starring George Reeves which qualifies.

Every day I am soooo tempted to turn on something like a cheesy asylum movie, monster movie, or just plain ninja movie for the action adventure challenge, and even find myself browsing them, but almost always stop short of turning one on.

There's also serials on Roku. Including the first Superman serial.
