Re: Last DVD you watched?

I watched Citizen Kane on DVD. Then I watched it with the commentary by Peter Bogdanovich, which I enjoyed. Then I watched with the commentary by Roger Ebert which was really trying. He just talks so loud and so much, I had to pause the film frequently to give my nerves a rest. Then I watched the "American Experience" DVD extra about the battle between Welles and Hearst. That was quite interesting.

Re: Last DVD you watched?

The classic live-action X-Men film. I have a copy of the original single-disc widescreen release minus any commentary tracks. They still managed to cram a fair bit of special features on the DVD, though.

They didn't retain that in the 1.5 edition? I believe the Spider-Man gag was hidden somewhere in the extras menus. Could also be the case for other releases.

Re: Last DVD you watched?

No. Only the old DVD for the first X-Men movie has the spider-Man blooper gag along with the original Beast artwork and that thing with Senator Kelly's wife and mutant daughter.

the X-Men 1.5 doesnt have the spider-man blooper gag. I know this since Ive seen both DVDs for a long time

Super Troopers 2

I hope Super Troopers 2 is decent for a sequel to the first movie. Been a long long time since there was news about the sequel but a couple of years ago wasnt the sequel was actually supposed to be a prequel about the fathers of Farva, Ramathorn etc?

Re: Last DVD you watched?

Watched “Semi-Pro” last night on a FLEXPLAY DVD, preserved through means we aren’t supposed to talk about here. The format’s limited resolution really doesn’t hold up now. Still didn’t like the movie enough to buy the Blu-ray.
