Watched The Chronicles of Riddick (Unrated Director's Cut) this evening, followed by the last episode of Earth: Final Conflict (S4): Point of No Return.

We never bought S5 of Earth: Final Conflict, too many people said they'd completely jumped the shark with S5, and frankly, I'm ready to sell Seasons 1, 2, 3, and 4.

The first movie is called Pitch Black but it also comes with the subtitle The Chronicles of Riddick. The second movie is just called The Chronicles of Riddick. The 3rd movie is called Riddick which we watched the following evening on blu-ray.

This evening we watched The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe (from the Four-Disc Extended Edition).

Re: Last DVD you watched?

Earlier tonight I watched X-Men 2 United . Still a great sequel to X-Men and after watching X-Men Origins Wolverine a day ago and earlier tonight for X-Men 2 United, Brian Cox's Stryker was pretty much the same Stryker Danny Huston starred as with the same conniving plans. I like how Stryker was using Yuriko/Lady Deathstrike as his personal hitman which he he tried to use Wolverine.

I still cant stand Cummings's performance as Nightcrawler though

Wow, but this was unexpectedly enjoyable! I wasn't expecting much from it, since it was a blind buy from Dollar Tree, but it's one of the best films I've seen so far this year.

Charles Bronson gets super-sleazy with this double-feature. I can't say that these are good movies, but they ARE enjoyable for all the wrong reasons. Best line from the disc (from Kinjite): "Some oriental guy touched my holy of holies!"

Re: Last DVD you watched?

Watched Ginger Snaps this evening, followed by an episode of Jeremiah (S2): Running on Empty.

Re: Last DVD you watched?

Watched Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (the one with the whales), from the white box set.
Been going through some classic Trek with my son. He always complains at the start, but then soon enough he gets engaged and has a good time.

I can't wait for his take on "What does God need with a starship?"
