Halloween - 25th Anniversary Edition - What else Huh! Still one of the best and scariest films in the horror genre IMO. Let the slashing begin!

Taking Woodstock -- watched it for Demetri Martin. Disappointed. Maybe if I go back w/ no expectations I might enjoy it more.

Re: Last DVD you watched?

Halloween H20 - IMO these last 3 films I've watched should be the only ones in a perfect trilogy. No offense to others but IMO 3, 4, & 5 sucked!
Anyway on to do some trick or treating with the kids and then watch my DVR of the Pats-Vikings game. Have a great halloween night Y'all-

Re: Last DVD you watched?

In honor of Halloween, my wife & I watched 2 versions of Night Of The Living Dead, the B&W version from 1968 on VHS, and the colorized version from 1990 on DVD. We both thought the newer one ended better... -kd5-

José Ramón Larraz's Vampyres

Did not like this one.
I prefer the vampire films of Jean Rollin over this.

Re: Last DVD you watched?

Over the past 48 hours in this order ...

I completed season one of Rescue Rangers within the Volume 1 set.
Friday The 13th (1980)
Elvis Presley: Speedway - Terrible film.
Gojira
Godzilla Raids Again
Mothra Vs. Godzilla
Friday The 13th Part 2
Godzilla: King Of The Monsters
Gigantis, The Fire Monster
Godzilla Vs. The Thing

Yes, that was 3 Godzilla movies, first in the wonderful original uncut Japanese version, and then later the US dubbed versions. King Of The Monsters is still good. "Gigantis" is one of the worst things I have ever seen or heard. What were they thinking!? "The Thing" was terrible when compared to the original Japanese version. Though the US did film a new missile attack scene. Anyway, I've seen most of these before so this wasn't my first time watching them with the exception of "Gigantis". Couldn't bring myself to watch it last time I owned this DVD.
