Supposedly it is, but they apparently dropped the 5.1 track for reasons unknown.

Nice. Went to my super-k today and they had pretty much everything.

Only picked up the dolph lundgren triple feature for $5. Figured I would wait on the hellraiser set with the four movies instead.

I went back to Kmart and found a few today, got The Faculty and Prophecy 2-pack. They still didn't have the ones I really wanted (Halloween 6, H20, Hellraiser-Bloodlines, and Phantoms)

Re: Echo Bridge Takes On Miramax DVD Titles

I was hoping Echobridge was gonna get Scary Movie 2 & 3, unfortunately Lionsgate got the rights to 1/2/3 and Lionsgate is keeping the movies on DVD except for the 1st already on Blu-Ray. I can't remember which company got the rights of Scary Movie 4, I know that Genius (Original DVD Release) didn't get the rights of the Blu-Ray.

I was shocked, didn't think Echobridge did flippers, they usually put barcodes on their dvds.

I agree. But I think the covers resemble the Midnight Collections or the "Bonus Movie" ones.

I picked up the single disc of Part 2 from K-Mart today, but was disappointed that it is Full Frame 1.33:1. Is the version in the Triple Feature Widescreen?

Re: Echo Bridge Takes On Miramax DVD Titles

Can anyone confirm if the triple pack is widescreen for pt 2 of Children? Its the only one I need and was just going to pick up the single release but would rather have a widescreen.

Re: Echo Bridge Takes On Miramax DVD Titles

I saw that Walmart has a few out now.

I grabbed a few of them as they were in the $5 bin.

The ones I grabbed were:

The Faculty / Phantoms (flipper disc)
Hellraiser 3 (FF) / Hellraiser: Bloodlines (WS) (no flipper, both on 1 disc)
The Prophecy 1, 2, & 3 (flipper disc 1 & 2 on side A, 3 on side B) (this one was $13)

Also saw the following:

American Outlaws / Dead Man [almost got that, but remembered I hated "Dead Man"]
Children of the Corn 2 and 3
From Dusk Til Dawn (with bonus movie Full Tilt Boogie) [almost got that]

To add to this, I decided not to get FDTD, as I know someplace still has the 2 disc Miramax Collector's edition and also has "Don't be a Menace" coll. edit. unrated. Might as well get them while I can since they may be OOP.

Re: Echo Bridge Takes On Miramax DVD Titles

For those who are purchasing...

1. Is The Faculty finally anamorphic?
2. Does From Dusk Til Dawn (with Full Tilt Boogie) include all of the original bonus material?

Re: Echo Bridge Takes On Miramax DVD Titles

To answer a few questions:

The Prophecy triple feature was in the $13 section of my Walmart in Reynoldsburg, OH.

I guess "The Faculty" is anamorphic, i have not tried it on my TV. Same goes for The Prophecy. As I have the old Dimension DVD too.

From Dusk Til Dawn looks like it is stripped of all bonus features except for "Full Tilt Boogie" as it's listed as a bonus movie. (Which is why, I opted not to get it yet, and go get the Miramax release where I still know it's available.)
