Counting by the number of disks, well over 10,000 (Conservatively). 
As for the Documentaries on my signature, these do NOT include the ones featured on "Bonus Features" that can be found on many DVD and Blu-Ray Sets, if I added those, the figure would increase by at least 2,000.

According to DVD Profiler, I own 2601 movies and TV season sets, counted as discrete items. If we're going by number of discs, then it has to be upwards of 5,000 at a guess, given the number of box sets I own.

How do you own 8000 DVD's and move away somewhere? Do the neighbors look at you funny when you carry all these DVD's? Maybe they think it's a TV production house
