Ford at Fox Collection: Request for someone who owns it

Hi guys,

If any of you own the BIG Ford at Fox collection (this one)

http://www.amazon.com/Ford-Fox-Colle...ds=ford+at+fox

would someone do me a BIG favor and measure the actual package? LxHxW? I would greatly appreciate it!

I own it...it's pretty big, but I'll try to get you numbers sometime this weekend.

I'd "guess" its about 18 inches x 18 inches and maybe 6 inches thick, but that's just off the top of my head...it IS one of the biggest boxed sets I own.

I've got it.

It measures 13 1/2" long by 13 1/2" wide and just a bit under 3 1/4" thick.

Shannon Nutt has it close. It takes up 20"X20"X5" of shelf-space and weighs in at ~20 lbs. It's a beautiful set but the way that they package the discs in it can lead to getting some with scratches. So you'll want to take a look at each disc after getting it to make sure they're all in good shape.

Guys I want to thank you all (so: thank you all!) but I am confused by the varying measurements between Shannon and Hypnos vs. Xboxs. Somebody has to be way off here.

Just the box that it was packaged in (shipped via UPS) is 17" x 17" x 7".

It came from FoxConnect back in early May.

13.5 x 13.5 x 3.25 when I removed the inner spongy padding from the shipping box.

Still has some weight at that size.

This. Original cardboard shipping box is 17in x 17in x 7in (shipping label on this box says 15lbs). Actual fancy box set is 13.5in x 13.5in x 3.25in.

Mine was just a guess, not being at home to look...Go with the 13.5 x 13.5 and I'll get out the tape measure tonight.

Is this an indication that the Ford at Fox Set will be available at Hamilton Books? In time for CHristmas? Is Fox offering you a deal on the Murnau/Borgaze set?

Not to hard to detective out why I needed the size huh?

Ford at Fox is currently available at Hamiltonbook.com for $49.95.
(We also have the Elia Kazan Collection for $39.95.)

Sadly I have not seen that Murnau/Borgaze set anywhere. If I did I would go heavy into it, beautiful set.
