This is probably my rarest DVD. They only sold this for about a month on the Stella website before it sold out and was OOP. Worth every penny.

Oh, it's bad because everything about it is so horrible. The acting is bad, the script is bad, the plot is bad, the music is bad. Unfortunately, it doesn't have nearly enough nudity to make up for how bad the rest is. It's best seen as an example of how everything can go wrong in a movie.

And Joe Bob Briggs really liked it.

It may be a rare DVD release, but the film itself I wouldn't be surprised if quite a few owned this. This is classic HK action drama from its heyday. I mean Ringo Lam, Chow Yun-fat, Tony Leung Ka Fai. Not the greatest film, but def. some nostalgia attached.

I own the Fortune Star release, not the Tai seng pictured above.

It's been a while since I watched it. I rented it several years ago and finally picked it up used at GoHastings.com a couple of months ago. It's like Spawn, but with a different feel. The acting is definitely sub-par, but go into it with an open mind and you should have fun. After all, you wouldn't have bought the flick if the subject didn't interest you, I hope.

I paid way too much for it (more than $50) via Amazon Marketplace or eBay, but I had to add it to my collection.

What's the difference between the R1 and the Czech version? The US version has mediocre picture quality and horrible-looking subs. I'd upgrade if it's worth it.

I purchased it because Jennifer MacDonald was in it. I liked her from one of the "Wing Commander" games for the PC - the same game that had Ginger Lynn Allen as her "rival" for your affections.
