If your just in it for the fight scenes it's awesome otherwise it's a mess. The story is pretty bad. Saying that I'm getting the BD for the fight scenes.

He should just be a stunt man. And his voice is awful. Does anyone remember how his English dubbed voice sounds on the dvds of ong bak 1 and the protector? Better than his real voice?

Yeah, he just sounds like generic Thai voice track. He can't act for shit. I remember them talking about him possibly coming over but if the man can't act in Thai how the fuck can he act in English?

I've never heard the R1 English dub but the UK R2 release sounds awful with the English accents and rescored music track.

Re: Ong Bak 2 - 2/2/10
Finally watched this last night. For the first half of the film, there is absolutely no plot and barely any dialogue. However the (many, many) fight scenes are utterly spectacular. The finale kicks absolute balls!! I'd say its not as good as Ong Bak 1 but much better than Protector. B-.
Some people have reported having difficulty playing the disc. I personally experienced this too. However I found that when the disc finally stops loading and the Home menu pops up, just press the Top Menu button on your remote and it will load up perfectly. You'll probably have to do this everytime you watch the disc.
Edit: This effects only the Blu-ray.
