I bought Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith at Wal-Mart today. When I got home, I opened it and instead of there being a standard second disc (As with the other two Star Wars prequels), there was just a bonus disc called "The Story of Star Wars". Was this a factory error or something?

I bought Episode III when it first came out. It was the 2-disc edition and also came with the bonus disc, The Story of Star Wars, which was packaged in a separate case.

I would doubt a factory error, but maybe a re-shrinkwrap job.

I am a little bothered by this because I want the features listed on the back of the case.

I'd exchange it (after watching the 'bad' disc).

That was a Wal-Mart exclusive disc.

I'd keep the bad disc for your trouble & bring it back tell them it was missing the second disc. The "bad disc" was a promo, plus it insures wal-mart won't just put it back on the shelf again.

Yeah, just seems like a packaging error at the factory. That was a Wal-Mart promo from years back. Just bring it back for an exchange. No drama.

Just as a thought, did you try watching that bonus disc to see if it was just a misprint? Doubtful, but it also seems weird to me that that bonus disc got in there too.

Star Wars III came with the usual 2-discs and the Story of Star Wars came in it's own keep case that was shrink wrapped to SW3.

So yes instead of the Story disc you should have gotten the 2nd disc of Special Features instead.
