The Aussie release is better.

Is the P/Q better or are you comparing the extras?

She-Ra.. all the volumes!

Luckily I have been able to acquire the first 2 volumes from Amazon's marketplace at a good price.. Season 2 is pretty steeply priced right now.

Extras. I'm thinking of getting rid of my UK edition in favor of either the German or Australian release.

It may be OOP as a standalone, but you can get in the Cult Classic box set with Skyjacked and Hot Rods to Hell for $20 or less.

Re: DVDs you would have bought but are now OOP?

I just found out about two expensive ones today... Monkees Seasons One and Two.

I see season two is still for sale on amazon.com for an expensive price (still not as expensive as the secondary sellers on season one!). I was listening to some old Monkees tunes on the MP3 player at work today and got nostalgic for the old show. Not enough nostalgia to spring $80.00 from my wallet (yet...) but contemplating it.

The main thing holding me back is that collector mentality...I COULD buy season two now and try to find a good deal on season one later on but if they don't go down in price then I have an incomplete collection or I have to pony up the mega bucks to buy it.

Any hope Rhino would re-release this one one day?

Damn, I held off on picking up Season 2. Now I'll have to snag it if I see a copy.

I did manage to find Circuitry Man/Circuitry Man II double feature on Ebay for 19.99 shipped
http://cgi.ebay.com/Circuitry-Man-Ci...item51916ac91a

I was skeptical since it came from China and the guy apparently has a ton on hand, but it arrived yesterday and is a 100% legit release, all the extras, real.

You'll probably find Silence of the Lambs Criterion cheaper today that when it was released back in the day.
