It is - other reviews I've read mentioned that it's anamorphic.
Plus, if it wasn't, there would most likely be a massive shitstorm on both this and other DVD forums. A non-anamorphic widescreen DVD released in 2009 isn't something that would pass by unmentioned by reviewers.
