Re: DVD shipping question
I guess I'll keep my cases (until I sell them on ebay).
How would one go about shipping VHS cases?

You think it is that much? I guess it could be about that. Regardless, if you ahve 200 vhs tapes, you would have to have some serious deficiencies to be worried about the thickness of the carboard sleeves. And back then, they actually served a purpose, and werent worthless like the slip sleeves we get now.

That would be like 1mm on each side? 1mm x 2 sides x 70 VHS Tapes = 140mm or 14cm = 5.5ish inches.

When it comes time to mail the VHS tapes, to get the maximum "protection to thickness avoidance ratio" correct, I recommend toilet paper. Single ply. Non quilted. sandpaper rough.

What a strange, but welcome bump. Should I just put them in a bag and say you handle it?
He hasn't posted here in a long time, so my guess is that he took those dvds to the post office and they stuffed him in the bag. Never to be seen again.

I know there are a lot of Facebook haters on this forum, but threads like this make me believe we could really use a "Like" button.
