Case, artwork, and trailer and I'm happy assuming the movie and sound are all equal. I won't watch the commentary or the vast majority of the extras but there is something about watch the trailer before the movie that I just love to do.

Can't vote, it all depends on the movie, and pretty sure my votes would be spread pretty evenly, if these were real world choices.
