I should have looked closer at the back cover. 
But according to Amazon's product description (as well as wbshop itself), it claims TMNT2 & 3 are in both widescreen & fullscreen while 1 & 4 are widescreen, just like the original releases. But weren't 2 & 3 flippers (haven't looked at my copies in a little while)? :/

Ah damn. Never actually read this thread. Just picked up the Police Academy 1-4 and realized the 1st one is foolscreen with no commentary 
. Tempted on the Critters 4 pack but no special features? I guess I'll wait for the BR set.

Does anyone have the RICHARD PRYOR 4 Film Favorites (THE MACK, GREASED LIGHTING, UPTOWN SATURDAY NIGHT, MOVING)? Are they all WIDESCREEN as well? I just want to make sure before I buy it. Thanks.

Confirmed this morning, the Richard Pryor 4 film are all in widescreen.
Other details you might be interested in:
It comes housed in a 2 disc eco case(which I am changing right now
)
Mack has a DTS sound option(along with 5.1 and mono options), Moving is 2.0, Uptown and Greased are Mono.
Disc One is a flipper, Mack on top, Uptown Saturday Night on bottom
Disc two is a twofer, both Moving and Greased Lightning are on the same side.
The first disc you get detailed menus (since there are special features included) for both films.
The second disc you get a menu where you select the movie and that's it.
Anything else, just let me know...I had forgot about this and remembered this morning when I was working on a few things.
Other details you might be interested in:

BTW, just figured I would throw this out...if anybody has the Richard Pryor/Gene Wilder triple feature set: See No Evil, Hear No Evil (at least my copy) is indeed in Widescreen, not Fullscreen as my copy mentions on the back. Very nice set for a triple feature.

people who own Double Feature: Moving/Greased Lightning DVD does with flipper or non-flipper?

I sent warner an e-mail about this and they sent me a pre-paid envelope to send in disc one. And I just got the individual releases of PA 1 & 2 from them in the mail today. Too bad they are snappers so I can't reuse the case but oh well, Guess I will just transfer the discs and toss these cases...

The Urban Action set is actually 2 1-sided discs with 2 movies on each, and the 2nd disc of the Richard Pryor set (Moving/Greased Lightning) is 1-sided- though the covers for both say the movies are on separate sides.
